ADF4107 PLL Frequency Synthesizer, 7GHz

Analog Devices ADF4107 frequency synthesizer. Typically used to implement local oscillators in the upsampling and downsampling stages of wireless receivers and transmitters. It integrates a digital phase frequency detector, charge pump, programmable reference divider, programmable A and B counters, and a dual-modulus prescaler. A complete PLL can be implemented if the ADF4107 is used with an external loop filter and VCO.
