We ship worldwide* via Canada Post and UPS. We always combine multiple items into as few shipments as possible. We charge actual combined shipping costs and there are no handling fees.

Shipments are subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country.
If your order is shipping via UPS, you can request that we e-mail you an estimate of customs and import fees. If you wish to have the customs and import fees billed to your UPS account, please specify your UPS account number in the "Special Instructions" box during Checkout.
Packaging
Our products are packaged in an ISO Class 8 clean room using sustainable packaging materials.
Returns
We accept returns on all items unless mentioned otherwise here or in the item description. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials unless prior arrangements are made. To schedule a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@electrontubestore.com. You must contact us before returning the item. You will be given credit upon receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not require a Return Authorization Number, but we can provide one if needed.
Local Pickups
We accept free local pickups at our Quebec location. To arrange a local pickup, please select "E-mail me rates" ($0) as your shipping method and mention that you wish to arrange for a local pickup in the "Special Instructions" box. Once your order is completed and you have received the formal Order Confirmation letter (in PDF format), you will be able to pick up your order at any time during our business hours.
Your order will be delivered to your car. For our current business hours, please refer to our Business Profile on Google Maps.
