We ship worldwide* via Canada Post and Purolator. We always combine multiple items into as few shipments as possible, and we charge actual combined shipping costs. There are no handling fees.

Packaging
Our products are packaged in an ISO Class 8 clean room using sustainable, recycled packaging materials.
Returns
Returns are accepted on all products within a 30-day window. To schedule a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@electrontubestore.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the return shipping label is the customer's responsibility. The customer should contact us before returning the item, and will be given credit upon receipt of the merchandise, subject to a processing time of 3 business days. We do not require a Return Authorization Number, but we can provide one if needed.
