Micrel MIC2514 IttyBitty® Integrated high-side power switch. This device integrates a TTL compatible input and a protected P-channel MOSFET Able to switch a voltage from 3V to 13.5V at more than 400mA of continuous current. Inrush current limiter makes the MIC2514 suitable for capacitive loads.
