Micrel MIC2514 IttyBitty® Integrated TTL Switch

Micrel MIC2514 IttyBitty® Integrated high-side power switch. This device integrates a TTL compatible input and a protected P-channel MOSFET able to switch its input voltage at more than 400mA of continuous current. Its inrush current limiter makes the MIC2514 suitable for capacitive loads.
