MIC2514 Integrated TTL Switch

Type MIC2514 Integrated High-Side Power Switch for surface mounting. This device integrates a TTL compatible input and a protected P-channel MOSFET able to switch its input voltage at more than 400mA of continuous current. Its inrush current limiter makes the MIC2514 suitable for capacitive loads.
