Sheet of electrical-grade hard fiber (also known as vulcanized fiber or "fishpaper"). Hard fiber is made from cotton fabric which is chemically treated to yield a dense, bone-like substance with excellent tensile strength and good electrical insulation properties. Hard fiber sheets are commonly used to insulate printed circuit board assemblies.

Hard fiber is also available in rod and tube shape. We can supply sheets in custom sizes, as well as discs or other custom shapes (please inquire).
