Customs and Import Fees
Shipments are subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country.
If your order is shipping via UPS, you can request that customs and import fees be included in your order total (or alternatively, billed to a specific UPS account number). You can make the request under the "Special Instructions" box during Checkout, or by e-mailing us.
Our products are packaged in an ISO Class 8 clean room using sustainable packaging materials.
We accept returns on all items unless mentioned otherwise here or in the item description. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials unless prior arrangements are made. To schedule a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. You will be given credit upon receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not require a Return Authorization Number, but we can provide one if needed.
We accept free local pickups at our Quebec location. To arrange a local pickup, please select "E-mail me rates" ($0) as your shipping method and mention that you wish to arrange for a local pickup in the "Special Instructions" box. Once your order is completed and you have received the formal Order Confirmation letter (in PDF format), you will be able to pick up your order at any time during our business hours.
Your order will be delivered to your car. For our current business hours, please refer to our Business Profile on Google Maps.
